LaShone Denise Butler, MSRE is the Founder & Executive Strategist of Realty Partners of America, a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm built on a foundation of proven expertise, trusted guidance, and innovative solutions that help clients navigate complex real estate decisions with confidence.
Holding a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE), LaShone brings a rare combination of academic rigor and real-world transactional experience to every client engagement. Her practice spans federal government real estate, commercial and residential brokerage, institutional asset management, and REO disposition.
She is also the creator of The Real Estate Quickie®, a virtual speaking platform dedicated to making real estate knowledge accessible, actionable, and engaging, and the Founder of T.H.R.I.V.E. Enterprises, Inc., the firm's philanthropic arm.
